Training Back

Back is pretty much all I can train at the moment due to a shoulder injury.
Today:
  1. 1 set 10 reps pullups
  2. 3 sets 5 reps 10kg pullups
  3. 2 sets 5 reps 15kg pullups
  4. 5 sets 8 reps 50kg dumbell row
  5. 4 sets 6-8 reps 90kg close grip pulldowns
Felt pretty strong, I was wary of the shoulder doing the pullups, but it seemed to go ok and it's no sorer after the training. Pretty tired overall though, after much more aerobic work - training for triathlons atm.
